Richard T. Donner

Richard Thomas Donner, 72, of Battle Creek and formerly of Wisconsin died September 4, 2009 at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Battle Creek. He was born June 9, 1937, the son of Homer and Rose (Miller) Donner in Park Falk, Wisconsin. Richard served in the U.S. Army in the 1950’s. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fitz Donner. He is survived by half-brother, James Donner of Big Falls, Minnesota; half-sister, Lynda Preiner, Herman Town, Minnesota; nephews, Truman Siefert, Jr. of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Dan Seifert of Park Falls, Wisconsin and niece Vicky Divjak, Rochester, Minnesota. Visitation from 9 until 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 14, 2009 at Shaw Funeral Home, Battle Creek. Graveside services will take place 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 14. 2009 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta.
