Richard A. Wulf

Richard Alan Wulf, 74, of Portland Oregon passed away September 10, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. He was born October 5, 1950, in Vancouver, Washington to Ray and Florence Wulf, and graduated in 1968 from Columbia River High School. Rick enjoyed entertaining others, making up shows when he was young and participating in the All City Musicals in high school. In his youth he took tap dancing and jazz classes and went on to become a well loved dance instructor at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio. In his later years he had a particular affinity for flamingos, plants and all things tropical.
Rick spent his last eight years at Chaucer Court Apartments in Portland, where he gained and cherished many friendships and dance partners in the warm community living there. As they would say, "Everyone loves Ricky!"
He is survived by brothers Bob (Linda), John (Karen), and Jim (Carmen), five nephews and four nieces. Rick had a terrific sense of humor and a quick wit. He was the life of the party and we will all miss him so much.
