Rita Field Obituary
Rita began her healthcare career as a candy striper at the Hillsboro Hospital her junior year in high school. She retired with her PhD in nursing education more than 40 years later. After retirement, she enjoyed researching family history, gardening and photography. She was very proud of her grandchildren and enjoyed following their activities near and far with husband Don, the love of her life.
She is survived by her Children: Curt (Kathy) Field, of Weyauwega, Conrad Field of Alaska and Grandchildren: Eryn, Ian & Ellen. She was preceded in death by Brother: John Shaker and Daughterr in law: Carmen Field.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time.
