My sincerest condolences to Bobs family. The neighborhood will not be the same without him stopping to have a chat or see if anyone needs a hand.

We are so very sorry to hear of Bob´s passing. With deepest condolences, Ed, Maureen, Laurie and Michael Cogavin (Medford).

My thoughts are with the Lamphier family. Bob was always so nice, he even came.to visit me after I had knee surgery. He also hel0ed when I a few issues at .my house, always willing to lend a helping hand
