Teresa L. Smith

Teresa L. (nee Sprous) Smith passed away peacefully January 2, 2022. Born September 30, 1960 to Irvin Martin Sprous and the late Maudie LouEllen (nee McDonald) McGrew.

Loving mother of Scot Smith, Joshua J. Smith, Dustie (Evelyn) Smith Scroggins, and Corie Lynn Walburn. Beloved grandmother of Brandon Smith, Daniel Scroggins, Parker Scroggins, and Mason Irvin. Dear sister of Kathleen (Lemoine) Branham and Jennifer Sprous. Dear sister-in-law of Cindy (nee Cantrell) Sprous and Fran Sprous. Loving aunt and great aunt of Angela Lynn (Raymond Mayer) Day, Jordan Ham, Madison Mayer, Timothy Mayer, Lemoine (Samantha) Branham, Jr., Haley Branham, Jacob Branham, Anna Branham, Caleb Branham, Matthew Branham, Courtney Branham, Annie (Jason) Glasser, Mercie Glasser, Grace Glasser, Serenity Glasser, Addalynn Glasser, Luke (Whitney) Halter, Kathaleen (Richard Pirrin III) Groves, Jasmine Theis, Alexandra Groves-Pirrin, Ronald (Samantha) Groves, Bentley Groves, Kerry W. (Tara) Groves, Bradley Groves, Naomi Groves, Issac Groves, Trevor W. Phillips, and Mitchell Sprous.

Teresa is preceded in death by her brothers John Sprous, Martin Irvin Sprous, and Peggy (Mitchell) Davis; and one nephew Alexander Sprous.

VISITATION: Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Michel Funeral Home 5930 Southwest Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139 from 4-8 p.m.

INTERMENT: MEET AT JEFFERSON BARRACKS CEMETERY at 2:15 p.m. behind the administrative building Thursday, January 27, 2022 for a 2:30 p.m. service. Full military honors.
