Theresa A. Falcone

Theresa A. Falcone, born August 6, 1925, died peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at the Quadrangle in Haverford PA. She is survived by siblings, Martino A. Falcone (Rita), Carmela Falcone, Antoinette D. Kaufman (John), three loving nieces, a nephew, five great-nieces, two great-nephews, three great-great-nieces, and two great-great nephews. In addition to her parents, Joseph & Maria Falcone, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Falcone (Letitia). Theresa spent her 38-year career employed by the government and worked her way up through the ranks to become Chief of the Personnel Service at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She was a devout catholic and spent many years of charitable service for the St. Laurence Parish in Upper Darby. Services will be held at the St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby on Tuesday, July 18 – visitation 10:00-11:00 AM, mass at 11:00 AM, followed by internment at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made, in memory of Theresa A. Falcone, to the Veterans Multi-Service Center, 213-217 North 4th Street, Philadelphia PA 19106.
