Your kindness for humanity and your love for Nick even in your illness was so apparent from the first time we met. It was an priviledge to care for you and Nick during your last week on Earth. Thank you for including me in your journey. It was a very special time for me and an honor to give to someone who has given so much to others. I will miss you, and your lovely smile and kind voice, and I will think of you and Nick fondly. I am so sorry that the world has to go on without you.

REMEMBER thy servant Beth, O Lord, according to the favour which thou bearest unto thy people, and grant that, increasing in knowledge and love of thee, she may go from strength to strength, in the life of perfect service, in thy heavenly kingdom; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Ghost, ever, one God, world without end. Amen.

I work for 911 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I met Beth through CALEA. I just learned of her passing as I was looking for her e-mail address to drop her a line and catch up. I had no idea she had been ill. She was an inspiration to me with regard to her dedication to 911 and her dispatch center and our profession as a whole. She will be missed in Tulsa and my prayers and thoughts go to her friends and family.
