Joyce Depigian Bonita Springs, FL
Joyce Depigian, 80, of Bonita Springs, FL, surrounded by her loving family and her constant companion, Chico, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2015.
Joyce was born in Chicago, IL, with an exuberance and intelligence that enabled her to skip a grade in school. Her many talents and accomplishments included becoming a nurse and a real estate broker and volunteering her time serving children as a Guardian ad Litem, teaching adults to read through the Literacy Council, and helping in many capacities in her church community.
Her sense of humor, grace, and joyfulness drew people to her throughout her life. Joyce loved to laugh, read, play cards, dance, travel, and socialize. Her 80th birthday was commemorated with a surprise celebration in Lake Lure, NC, with her large loving family.
The outpouring of affection by her many friends near and far, brought her immeasurable comfort and happiness. Joyce was a friend to all and a joyful treasure who will be dearly missed by so many.
She is survived by her four children; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clarence.
Joyce regarded family as the greatest blessing in her life.

+JOYCE WAS A GOOD FRIEND TO ALL WHO KNEW HER. I LIVED ON THE SAME STREET AS HER.I WOULD PICK HER UP TO GO PLAY CARDS.I WOULD RUN INTO HER WALKING CHICO WITH MY TWO MULTIPOOS.HER SUNNY DISPOSITION MADE HER A MAGNET FOR HER FRIENDS. SHE IS IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE NOW AWAY FROM ALL OF THE PAIN. GOD BLESS.
