Dale Myers Obituary
NEWARK: A graveside service for Dale B. Myers, 80, of Newark, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Newark Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Myers retired from Kaiser Aluminum. He passed away January 28, 2013, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born December 21, 1932, in Newark, to the late Perry and Elsie (Drumm) Myers.
He was an Army Veteran. He helped with children's church at the First Trinity Church of God, where he baked cupcakes and prepared snacks for the children.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Kidwell) Myers; children, Brenda (Larry) Miller of Thornville, Dale Myers, Jr., David (Becky) Myers, and Bob (Crystal) Pennell all of Newark, and Kim (Chad) Medley of Heath, and twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Charles William Pennell; several brothers and one sister, and a granddaughter.
Friends may call from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday at Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St. Newark, prior to the graveside service.
