Greg Bardak-what is there to say that can make us feel better about his loss, really nothing. I am not embarassed to say I cried the day I received the phone call. Personally, I lost my partner, my mentor when I was promoted to Sergeant but overshadowing both I lost my friend. Rest in peace Big Guy you deserve it.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Greg's passing. He is a true gentleman, and I was fortunate to know him. May god bless his family and know that he has returned home and waiting for us all. Sleep in peace until we meet again.

Nora and family,
I was so sorry to hear of Greg's passing. I surely remeber the good times working, at St. Kilian's, with you and Greg. He will be sorely missed by all who have known him. May God Bless you and your family at this time and may Greg live in the light of God with all who are dear to us. You are in my prayers.

Hello Family of Sgt Bardak
I worked with Sgt. Bardak at Highway Unit 2. He will never be forgotten. I remember how big and tall he stood and how gentle he was in nature. I used to tell him he was a big teddy bear. Always a gentlemen. Stay strong he would want that

In all of the 17 years I spent at Hwy 2, I always remember Greg as the only boss who never let anything get to him, no matter who or what rank they were. He was a great man with a lot of knowledge and was never afraid to share it with all he came in contact with. I will miss calling him "B". Rest in peace.

Greg all I can do is remember the classroom jokes your red pencil marks on my AI jobs and you walking down the hallway past my locker room your hearty laugh and the way you blushed when a joke was told I missed you when you retired and I'll miss you now that you have left this world. You were a wonderful boss and friend. Until we meet again. The Highway girl

Sgt. Greg Bardak qualified me as an AIS Technician many years ago. He eventually became known to me as "THE BABE". What a guy !!!. I'm sure his voice still rings in our ears.... how could it not. If I only knew... I would have told him how much I appreciated being in his presence. To his son John, when I met you it was easy to see the apple didn't fall far from the tree. God bless you and your family. Rest in peace "BABE", you ARE truly one of the greatest.

How do I describe the impact that Greg had on my life. We grew up together, had our children together, and when I needed my dear Nora, Greg was always there too. Jack grew to like and respect Greg, too, though they didn't know each other well. I love you, Greg. Linda
