Healy - Kathleen (Kate) Marie (nee Hanley) of Bay Shore, NY on February 26th in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Roger for over 62 years. She will be remembered by the love she shared with all those who knew her. Born on March 2, 1930 in the Bronx, NY to Joseph J. and Irene (nee Curley) Hanley, she graduated Villa Maria Academy and The College of New Rochelle. A member of St. Patrick's Parish for 53 years, she was a NYC elementary school teacher and a volunteer at Our Lady of Consolation in West Islip in the years when she wasn't kept thoroughly busy by her family. Exceptional mother to Maureen (Gary Alexion), Roger (Janet), Kathleen, Eugene (Meghan), Terence (Leslie), Mary (Jerry D'Anneo), Christopher (Amy), Edward (MaryBeth), John (Sharon), Joseph (Jill), Justin, Kevin, Michael (Beth) and Elizabeth Masi (Paul). Adored grandmother of Elizabeth, Matthew, Roger, Katie Galfano (Matthew), Colleen, Claire, Kelsey, Aidan, Ciara, Brian, Maureen, Jack, Ashley, Tyler, Grace, Paul, Jacqueline, Andrew, Christopher, Katelyn, Molly, Meghan, Ryan, Patrick, Emmett, Leah, Sean, Erin, Maggie, Gavin, Michael, Liam, Andrew, Maeve, Nora, Evan, Kyle and Hope. Cherished great-grandmother of Rocco, Carter and Knox. Loving sister of Cecelia Greco and Peg Mastropietro and her late brothers John, Br. Joseph C.F.C. and Pat Hanley. Affectionate aunt to many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., (1-4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.) Visiting Tuesday and Wednesday 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11:00 AM at Saint Patrick's R.C. Church, Bay Shore, NY. Interment to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Bay Shore, NY.
