Margaret Capps Johnson

Margaret Capps Johnson, 84, of Garner went home to be with Jesus Thursday morning.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial, Plymouth Church Cemetery.
She was the beloved wife of the late Eppie M. Johnson and dear mother of Bruce M. Johnson of Raleigh and the late Van Roger Johnson. She was the beloved mother-in-law of Melanie K. Johnson and beloved Grandmother of Gracen M. Johnson ofRaleigh and Stephen Williams of Charlotte; she was beloved sister of Ruth Hamilton of Raleigh and Peggy Denning of Raleigh.
Margaret was raised in Johnston County. She was a member of Plymouth Church. Margaret was a good neighbor and friend. Shewas loved by her caregivers at Lawndale Assisted Care and the Laurels of Forest Glen.
After an extended illness she died peacefully surrounded by her family who loved her very much.
The family will receive friends and family from 7-8:30 Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner and other times at 1609 Spennymore Rd., Raleigh.
