Leigh Ann, So sorry for your loss, and the many folks who knew and cared about Mike. I worked for him for 7 years, many great times, and some challenges we faced together, but always his fairness, sense of humor, loyalty, and generosity won the day. He gave me some terrific opportunities early on that really had an impact on my career and life. Thanks Mike.

Leigh Ann,
Words cannot express how heart broken I am. Mike taught me everything I needed to know about business at GSK which helped me through out my personal life. He was a great boss, leader and friend. I will always remember his sharp business sense and his beautiful smile! Please know that I am only a phone call away if you need anything.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you!
Deepest sympathy,

Oh Leigh Ann, what sad news.
In this painful circumstance, every word sounds superfluous. I just want to say that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Seeing how great was the love that united you, I pray that God will give you the strength to overcome this sad moment.
I know that words do not serve at times like these, and that pain is enormous. There are no words or gestures that can fill the void, but my heart is with you.
My deepest condolences.
