Mindy Finan Obituary
Cary
Mindy Avellone Finan, of Cary passed away on January 13th due to complications from Pancreatic Cancer.
She is survived by her daughters Carissa Barrett Finan and Halle Finan Elliott, her husband Mark and their son Camden Elliott; her mother Patricia Avellone; and her siblings Dr. Joseph Avellone III, David Avellone, Jonathan Avellone, Gregory Avellone and Amy Avellone Viscardi; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mindy is preceded in death by her father Dr. Joseph C. Avellone.
A reception for friends and family will be at The Umstead Hotel on January 23rd from 2-4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research (www.lustgarten.org) or to Transitions LifeCare hospice services (www.transitionslifecare.org).
