Raleigh
Rene "Cathy" Catherine Keever of Raleigh, 52, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday evening. She leaves behind her children, Amanda and Brandon, and her grandson, Colton. She is survived by her brothers, Cebe Keever and Ron Keever of Raleigh; her sister, Robyn Noah of Virginia Beach; and several other close family members. Visitation to be held at Hudson Memorial Presbyterian Church on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 2 PM to 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Duke Children's Hospital. We are so sadden about Cathy's passing. We all remember her well & had crazy fun times together as teenagers. We are praying for her family. She is gone far too young with far too much ahead of her. God Bless you & keep you close to Him.

My heart is breaking. Cathy was an Angel on the Earth. Always positive and loved life. There was no other like her, I will miss her so much. Love and prayers to you Amanda, Brandon and Colton. May God Bless.

Cathy always had a smile on her face, she was always ready to have a good laugh and hold out a helping hand... I dont think she ever knew how much it meant to me when she was the first one to hold me when we were all rushing inside the revenue doors to get to my father "Cliff Purvis" in his office when he passed away, she held me so tight and knew I needed comfort... After the next couple of days and the funeral was over, i thought back to that time and it meant so much to me that she was there for me and my family... She was an angel then and she is an angel now... Im so sorry that such a great soul had to leave us so soon...

Cathy will be missed by so many people , She always new how to put a smile on your face , she would do anything for anyone she loved people, life ,and her family. I am so happy to have known her.
