Aunt Lydia and Family,
I was so sad to hear about the passing of uncle Harry.
God blessed us with a wonderful man and many wonderful memories.
Even thought he has left our sight he has not left our hearts.
It brings a smile to my face to think what uncle Harry and my father could be into up there.(God only knows)
We have gained another angel to watch over us.
Lots of love to you and the family.

You guys know we love ya'll and feel deeply for your loss. Please stay in touch. You know of course I married a Yankee and am now the only Pellegrino in Ayden so you should be able to hunt me down in the phonebook. I tried just a few weeks ago to get in touch with you.. for some reason you were on my mind.. now I know why. I always thot the world of Mr. Meeks and those memories of the times our families spent together in NC and the times I got to visit up in Danbury are some of my fondest.. especially the steaks!

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
