Steven J. McPheeters, 59, of Mendota, passed away May 14, 2024, in St Paul Medical Center Mendota.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Monday May 20, 2024, in Holy Cross Church Mendota. Fr. Jeff J. Windy will officiate. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Wasmer Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Steven was born October 9,1964 in Mendota to Duane and Linda (McIntyre) McPheeters.
Steven worked for the Internal Revenue Service for many years.
Steven was a member of Holy Cross Church, the Elks Club and Moose Lodge #714 in Mendota. He was avid fan of the White Sox and the Bears. He also loved to fish.
Steven is survived by his sisters, Teresa (Rob) Armstrong, Cinthia (Kevin) Schiefelbein and Donna (Tim) Kimrey. His brothers Kevin (Becky) McPheeters and Brian (Tina) McPheeters and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
