Susan Louise Pulliam, 52, of Mahomet, Illinois passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023.
She was born January 16, 1971 in Spring Valley, Illinois to Harold and Mary Fran Walter of Peru, Illinois. She was a graduate of LaSalle-Peru High School and the University of Illinois. While at the University of Illinois she was a proud member of the Marching Illini and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She married Geoffrey Pulliam on July 2, 1994. She was a caring wife, mother, daughter and friend who always found time to give back. She participated in Relay for Life of Champaign County, volunteered for many years in the Robeson/Champaign West Little League. Her passions included spending time with friends, everything Disney and family. Her greatest joy was supporting her son as a football mom/baseball mom/band mom.
She is survived by her husband, Geoffrey "Geo" Pulliam, her son Robert "Robbie" Pulliam, parents Harold and Mary Fran (Jensen) Walter, niece Kerri (Jason) Clock, nephew Scott (Christy) Walter, 3 great nieces, 1 great nephew, and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by brother Loren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 12, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Morgan Memorial Home, 1304 Regency Dr. W, Savoy. Funeral will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 10:00 am at Morgan Memorial Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Champaign.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Titan Football Program of Illinois Wesleyan University via www.iwusports.com under the "Support the Titans" tab or Gift of Hope at www.giftofhope.org

Geo and Robbie, There are no words that will help with what you are dealing with but I have been thinking about your family. My heart goes out to you both for the loss of your wife and mom. Susan was such a kind person and she will be missed. Sending you healing prayers.

Susan was a part of our Spherion family for almost 4 years. We are devastated by this sudden loss. Susan kept us on our best behavior and we enjoyed hearing about Robbie's sports and Geo's great cooking skills. We are going to miss Susan tremendously!
