Bill was a proud lifetime member, and past chief of the Church Hill Volunteer Fire Company; a longtime member of the Tuckahoe Steam and Gas Association; a past Church Hill Town Commissioner; member of the American Legion; QAC Electric and Plumbing Boards; and the Kent and Queen Anne's Electrical Contractors Association. He was also a longtime member of the Church Hill United Methodist Church.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Jane C. Coppage of Church Hill; his children, R. Alan Coppage (Beth), Charles H. Coppage, Carol C. Leonard (Bob); J.
