I worked with Charles for the last 4 years. He was instrumental in guiding me in my profession. He took the time to teach me, not only good labor relations, but what it was like to live an interesting and enriched life. How we would have a good laugh on a call, when he would mention something from his childhood, which I was too young to remember. He was funny, so intelligent, and the bravest man ever. He was ill for a while, but you would never know it, he gave it his all at work. I miss him so much. I am so grateful for his friendship, his guidance, his service to his country, and for the example he set.......work hard, very hard and you can achieve success. RIP my friend.
