Marion Lindsay Obituary
Marion Welz Lindsay, 95 of Hamden, wife of the late Albert E. Lindsay, died February 8, 2018. Survivors include two sons, Albert (Carol) Lindsay and Carl "Buddy" (Susan) Lindsay, five grandchildren, one great grandson, and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Monday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. Marion's funeral procession will leave from the funeral home Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. for a service at 10:00 a.m. in St. John's Episcopal Church, North Haven. Burial in Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven.

Marion was my neighbor and my friend since 1998 , we did a lot together we would go out and go shopping we would go have coffee ,sit in the backyard and just talk , we prayed together, she was a beautiful lady ; she has a special place in my heart that will always be there, Marion rest in eternal peace look down over all of us and guide us on our path through life until we all meet you someday at GODS PEARLY GATES.

Marion was a wonderful friend and neighbor who will live in my heart forever , I loved this lady , we did a lot in the way of having coffee , going on a couple of errands ; beautiful person. RIP Eternal.

I was so sad when I heard of Mrs. Lindsay's passing. I have such lovely memories of her. She was the most amazing grandmother to my son, her grandson Brian and I will never forget that. She and Whitey were wonderful.
She was very kind and so generous.

To Marions family, We only knew Marion for a few months, as my mothers (Louise Arnone) roommate at Whitney Manor. We found her to be a delightful woman and we will miss her.
