When my family moved to Durham, CT, Peter befriended me in 8th grade and we became good friends.
I was the only black student in the entire school. When my family was ready to relocate to New Jersey,
Peter's family were amazing people and even wanted to host me during my entry into Coginchaug. I have always considered Peter and his family my family. I am so sad to hear of his passing, and I'm glad I had a chance to spend some time with him just a couple of months ago. We reminisced and had some laughs about how good it was to be a kid growing up in Durham, CT.
Rest in peace, Peter - I'll always remember your kindness.

My condolences to the family. May God grant you peace and comfort through this time of mourning. Pete, and Suzanne were classmates of mine at Coginchaug.

Man..I don't know where to start. Pete was one of the nicest guys I've met. I first met Pete at the door company years ago. He was the first guy to train me. He was always kind, patient, always willing to help, and answered any questions I had. I remember him and I having some really great conversations about life and family. He was one of the hardest workers I knew. I had much respect for him and considered him a true friend. My condolences to the entire family. Pete will be truly missed. May he rest in peace and we will see you again RIP "Petey"
