Charles Waldron Obituary

NEWTON - Charles T. Waldron, Jr., 58, of Newton, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at home.
Born in Dover, Charles was a longtime resident of Newton. He worked in construction and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
The son of the late Charles T. Waldron, Sr., and Dixie (Richard) Waldron, Charles was also predeceased by three siblings, Michael Waldron, Lisa McCole and Cathy Kelly. He is survived by five children, Anthony Waldron of Newton, Charles T. Waldron, III, of Houston, Anita Waldron of Spring, Tex., Matthew Waldron of Newton and Samantha Waldron of Hamburg; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Anthony Puccio of Connecticut; two sisters, Debra Hoskins and Lillian Pancoast, both of Pennsylvania; and his longtime companion, Mary Babcock, mother of Samantha Waldron. Charles is also survived by his former wife, Linda Decker, mother of Anthony, Charles T. III, Anita and Matthew Waldron.
Arrangements are private and under the direction of the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street, Newton.
Memorial donations may be made to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, 07860. Online condolences may be offered at www.smithmccrackenfuneralhome.com.

I loved our vacations coming down there when we were little. So many good memories. Losing my own father was and is still hard. The holidays hurt and I shred a few tears. But if I close my eyes and search my heart I find him. May god carry u home upon his wings and ease the pain your loved ones feel
