Dennis Molony Obituary
Dennis Robert Molony, M.D., 67, of Fort Thomas, passed away on December 13, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Fort Thomas, KY. Dr. Molony was a dermatologist in Fort Thomas for 30 yrs. with his office in the Highland Theatre Building. Graduate of St. Xavier High School, received his BA in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and his medical degree from the University of Louisville. Past President of the Northern Kentucky Board of Health. Was a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Dr. Molony was born October 10, 1944 in Covington, KY to Howard Molony and Janet Heil Molony. Dr. Molony is survived by his wife to whom he was married for 42 years, Dian (nee Ricard) Molony of Fort Thomas, KY, Sons, Sean (Annette) Molony of Villa Hills, KY, and Cullen (Jill) Molony of Fort Thomas, KY, 3 Grandchildren, Erin, Liam, and Rian. Visitation 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, December 16, 2011 at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am Saturday, December 17, 2011, at the St. Thomas Church, Fort Thomas, Kentucky, with Rev. Roger P. Cooney, officiating. Entombment will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association 5211 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45227.
