In the pass few year we haven't seen much of you but you will be missed by all that knew you. You were my friend both at work and off the job. Rest easy my friend.

I did not personally know Frank, but do know and love his sister, Ringa. I have heard so much about the family and especially their mother, so I know that all of her children were taught to be wonderful, productive adults and I'm sure that he was this type of person.
My sympathy to all.
