Herbert Rosenthal

ROSENTHAL
Herbert S., MD, passed away on July 30, 2015 after bravely living through a long period of illness, never complaining and maintaining his characteristic strength and his well-known and admired smile.
Herb was a man who lived his life always "making a difference," whether healing the many people in his care over a period of 50 years or supporting so many of the causes he was passionate about, including caring for the Israelis and the Arabs during their conflicts. He was always a dedicated and loving friend to the many people in his communities.
The centerpiece of Herb's life was his love for his wife Florence, his much adored daughters, Barbara and Dr. Jane Rosenthal, and his cherished grandsons Eli and Jake, always their doting Poppy. He also had the good fortune to be part of a large and wonderful family, including much loved brothers- and sisters-in-law and caring nieces and nephews. He will be remembered and missed by all.
His legacy is his gift to his loved ones and to all humanity. Funeral Services are 12 PM, Sunday, August 2, 2015 at Robert Schoem's w-150 Route 4, Paramus, NJ, followed by burial at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ.
