Dear Xenia,
I was so saddened to learn of Mike's sudden death. We spent some quality time together while at Lease Link and I still drive the Volvo station wagon he encouraged me to purchase! I will never forget such a witty, kind, generous man. You both remain in my prayers.

I just learned from a mutual friend that Mike passed away, and was deeply saddened by this news. Mike and I worked together at a couple of Ohio VW dealerships and I always found him to be totally honest, friendly, and so very helpful to anyone who needed help. I'm sorry that we weren't in touch these past 20 years or so. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Mike.

Xenia, without a doubt Mike was one of the top five of princely gentlemen I've encountered in my lifetime of 50 years. I cannot recall a single word he uttered that wasn't uplifting, kind or motivating. I shall miss him and am certain he left a legacy, for those who knew him intimately, that is to be envied and emulated. Kindest thoughts for you and your family on the loss of such a great man.

Xenia,
I was blessed to spend time with both Mike and yourself during the Lease Link years. Mike's all around wonderful outlook on life affected so many people in a positive way and my sympathies are with you and your family.

Michael,
I am just a lonesome traveler
In this great big world of sin.
I want to join that great procession
When the Saints go marching in.
We are trav'ling in the footsteps
Of those who've gone before.
And we'll all be reunited,
On a new and sunlit shore.
Some say this world of trouble
Is the only world we need,
But I'm waiting for the morning
when the new world is revealed.
And when the sun begins to shine,
Lord, how I want to be in that number.
When the sun begins to shine.
And when the Lord is shakin' hands,
How I want to be in that number.
When the Lord is shakin' hands.
Oh, when the trumpet sounds its call,
How I want to be in that number,
When the trumpet sounds its call.
Give my love to Elijah Pierce and all of my friends.
