Bethlehem, PA - Phyllis M. (nee Kersten) Kral, 83, of Bethlehem, PA, formerly of Little Ferry, NJ, joined her love George on Valentine's Day. She and George were married for over 61 years. She was very involved in the community from serving as Class Mother at St. Margaret's to being a field mom on the football field. She was an active member and Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Little Ferry Hose Company # 1. Phyllis was the devoted matriarch of her loving family. Her pure joy was spending time with them. She was a devoted mother to Dr. Leeanne McLean (Chuck), Dr. Michael Kral (Lynn), Scott Kral (Donna), George Kral Jr. (Alison), Steven Kral (Preeti), Rick Kral (Linda), Ryan Kral (Sheryl), Tracey O'Brien (Patrick), and Christopher Kral (Angela). Loving grandmother to Larissa (Nick) Gerlach, Lauren (Matt) Kroche, Aubree (Yogesh) Menghani, Mikhalia (Pierre) Haddad, Jessica McLean, Liv and Jack O'Brien, Georgia, Anton, Priya, Preston, Ryanna, Delany, Max, Garrett, Addison, Alyssa, Abigail, and Alexis Kral. Adored great-grandmother to Bodhi. Phyllis is survived by her loving extended family, John and Kathy Kral, Howard and Norma Kral, Peter Smith and many adored nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents William and Grace Kersten and her siblings Dale and William Combs. Her beloved husband George predeceased her earlier this year.

Funeral from the Trinka- Faustini Funeral Service, 439 Maywood Ave. Maywood. Funeral Mass Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, Rochelle Park, NJ at 9:30am. Entombment will follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ.
