Steven Vogel Obituary
Steven L., 65, of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the place of his birth, Holy Name Hospital, in Teaneck, New Jersey. Steven Vogel had resided in Fair Lawn throughout his life, as was true of his ancestors.
His loving family and friends will dearly miss his sweet sense of humor and his warmth and sincerity. He was especially fond of kayaking and flying, and also appreciated the study of history.
Steven is survived by his three beloved daughters, Amy, Sarah and Jane, as well as his brothers John and Edward and their families. He was the loving son of Helen T. Vogel and the late Edward H. Vogel. Steven was predeceased by his brother David.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 17th, 10:30 AM at Saint Anne R.C. Church, 15-05 St. Anne Street, Fair Lawn, NJ. Interment will follow at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson.
