Ezequiel Acosta Obituary

Ezequiel Acosta, 87, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017.

Born on Nov. 19, 1929 in Matanzas, Cuba to Antonio and Luz Maria (Fundora) Acosta.

He moved to the United States from Cuba in 1961 and to Florida from Ridgefield Park, New Jersey in 2013. Ezequiel was a member of the Freemasons for over forty years.

He is survived by one daughter, Alina Caputo and son-in-law Frank, Port Charlotte, Florida; One son, Nelson Acosta and daughter-in-law Brandi, of Kannapolis, North Carolina; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Ezequiel was predeceased by his wife Mirella.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte, Florida are appreciated.

Englewood Community Funeral Home, Inc. has been selected to handle arrangements.
