Carmen was an amazing mother, sister, friend, tia and was amazing to all she knew. She will be greatly missed. May our angel rest in peace.
She is survived by her companion Richard Martinez; son Jesse Baiza of Midland, Texas; two daughters, Lyzette (Rodney "Boo Boo") Brockington of Midland, Texas and Sandy Baiza (Christopher Wooten) of Odessa, Texas; six brothers, Lorenzo Macias of Odessa, Texas, Jose Macias of Odessa, Texas, Roberto Macias of El Paso, Texas; Matilde Macias of Odessa, Texas, Antonio Macias of Odessa, Texas; six sisters, Maria Elena Macias of Chihuahua, Mexico; Rosa Maria Macias of Juarez, Mexico, Maria Delores Macias of Odessa, Texas, Annette Macias of Odessa, Texas, Ann Garcia of Odessa, Texas, Maria Segura of Odessa, Texas; six step-children, Rebekah Braughton, Rosie Walker, Ricardo Martinez Jr., Natalie Martinez, Jose Martinez; six step-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother Eulalio Macias.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at American Heritage Chapel. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at American Heritage Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Arrangements are entrusted to American Heritage Cemetery & Funeral Home, 4100 N. FM-1788, Midland, Texas, 79707.

Carmen was an amazing person that I had the pleasure of knowing. I would see her almost everyday at the MCH cafeteria. She always had a smile on her face and always made sure to make other people laugh. She will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.
