He is survived by brother, Tom (Pam); sister, Denise (Bob); his two daughters, Sara (Jeff), Tiffany (Craig); and three grandchildren.
A memorial Service will be held at Celebrations Church, Akron, Ohio, Tuesday Sept. 8, 2009.

Tiffany, Sara & Family: We're always so sad to see them leave the Earth, for now...hold fast and know that he is with our precious Father and loved ones who have passed before him. "When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be, when we all see Jesus, we'll sing and shout the victory!" Dave has never been happier! I love you guys, with all my heart.

Sara and Tiffany - I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with your father and was a good friend. He was very proud of you and talked of you and his grandkids often. Please take condolences in knowing that your father was a very good man and was kind hearted to all he came in contact with.

He took me to our first dance at Goodyear Jr.
