Our loving mom and grandma has gone to the place Jesus has prepared for her.

As a family we have been blessed by her love, kindness, positive attitude and sense of humor. She spent her retirement years enjoying her family, friends and loving her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also gave her time and energy to the Children's Ministries at Deerfield United Methodist Church and Lockwood United Methodist Church. She spent many years volunteering as "The Story Lady" at Community Christian Preschool sharing Bible stories and lots of hugs with the children.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Howard A. Snyder. She leaves for now her daughter, Gail (Mike) Cotterman; sons, Albert Siladi Jr. and Dale Siladi; grandchildren, Angela (John) Buckner, Chris (A.J.) Siladi, Sean (Tieryn) Cotterman, Danielle (Aaron) Langenfeld, Jeremy (Heather) Siladi; and great-grandchildren, Chelsea Buckner, and twins, Savannah and Hayleigh Siladi.

A special thank you to our family at Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living and Pleasant View for the joy, laughter, tenderness, and support they have extended to Mom and our family over the years. Also, a thank you to hospice who extended much love to our family, too.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd., on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. Services will be held at Lockwood United Methodist Church, 3680 Manchester Rd., on Friday at 11 a.m., Pastor Michael Somerville officiating. Interment at Lockwood Cemetery. Church map, directions, and the Snyder Family condolence book are available at the funeral home website.
