Robert Langan Obituary
SHARON TOWNSHIP -- Robert William Langan Jr., 57, of Sharon Twp., passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016. He was born September 3, 1958 in Scranton, PA, to the late Robert William Sr. and Nancy Langan.
Mr. Langan was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a very active member of The Chapel in Wadsworth, and was currently employed by Novar Controls Honeywell. His greatest joys in life were his grandchildren and helping people.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Gerber. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie, with whom he celebrated 35 1/2 years of marriage; son and daughter-in-law, Robert "Bobby" William III and
Lisa of Amarillo, TX; his beloved grandchildren: Robert "Robby" IV, Noah, and Baby L. Langan due in November; two sisters: Margaret Mary Krayer of Lake Ariel, PA and RoseAnn (Tom) Jubinski of Dickson City, PA;
Annie (Ricky) Brandon of Adrian, MI; mother-in-law, Kay Thornton of Sharon Twp; nieces and nephews: Kristen, Katie, April, Erin, Jason, Kerstyn, Amanda and Lyndon; great nieces and
nephews: T.J., Zayley, Samara, Marissa,
Antonio, Daphne, Carter, Nethanyel, Liam and
Olivia; and many "adopted" children and families.
The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6 - 8 p.m., Friday at The Chapel in Wadsworth where funeral services will be conducted at 4:30 p.m., Saturday with Pastor Zac Derr officiating.

My deepest heartfelt sympathies for you Debbie, your son Bobby, Lisa and those wonderful grandchildren. I'm blessed to have had him as a true friend for many years, I enjoyed the stories of your family that he shared with me. I wish you all well. There was a photo Bob recently shared with me of him holding the grandkids in his lap and they all were having a grand time. That's how I will remember him.

I worked along side Bob and its true - you could see him light up as he spoke of his love for his family, or sharing the latest pictures or videos of the grandchildren and his faith in the Lord and Savior. He is deeply missed. May God's peace and great understanding envelope all of you during this time.

A great guy, he was a lot of fun to be around. I have had the pleasure of Knowning Bob for about 16 years through Novar. I know like myself and all the Subs for Novar, are going to miss Bob verry much. If there was any problems we had, business or personel, we could always count on Bob for help. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go to the family and friends. Too young.

My deepest sympathies to Bob's family and loved ones. I worked with Bob for almost ten years and my favorite memories are of him sharing his family stories and pictures with me. On more than a few occasions, he pridefully showed me pictures and videos of his children and grandchildren. I could see the love he had for his family beaming from him. He remains a beautiful soul and will be missed.
