Ted,
You mother led a long and productive live. She and your father helped others appreciate the beauty in the world. My blessings to you and your family as you adjust to your mother's passing. With sincere sympathy, Elaine

Dr. Baumgartner,
Tears fill my eyes as I read about your Mother. My heart goes out to you and your family. God Bless You. You will be in my prayers. I lost my Dad during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, too. I know how much it must hurt. She touched many lives and her memories will surely be cherished.

Ted-
I'm sorry about the loss of your mother. What wonderful gifts to the world she gave through starting the Nature School and writing ornithological articles and doing other works of love.
