RACHEL SCARBERRY

March 10, 1998 - April 3, 2014 PIEDMONT Rachel Nicole Scarberry, 16, of Piedmont, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, April 3, 2014. Rachel was born March 10, 1998, in Oklahoma City, to Ron & Barbara Scarberry. Rachel joined her grandmothers, Euleta Scarberry and Jean Haggy, in heaven; and is survived by parents, Ron and Barbara Scarberry; her sister, Hannah; brother, Kyle; grandparents, LJ and Alice Scarberry; grandfather, Virgil Haggy; her aunts, cousins and a host of friends. Rachel was involved in many diverse activities through Heritage Baptist Church, member of Shamrocker's 4H club, OFC Soccer teammate, Outsyderz and Storm Volleyball teams, Central Homeschool Choir and trumpeter for the Homeschool Band and performed in the Oklahoma Honor Band. She was a student of Piano and performed in numerous plays. Rachel loved spending time with her family and friends, reading and performing arts. Rachel was quick to volunteer in serving others in any capacity and also served as a competitive soccer referee. A memorial service to remember Rachel will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Heritage Baptist Church, 14317 N. Council Road, Oklahoma City.
