I had the pleasure of taking care of Doctor and Ruthie a few years back, but then my health started to fail so I had to stop. They were a joy to be around and made you feel like family.
God bless all of his family in this time of sorrow.

Dr. Maschka was a loyal friend to my father and my father over many decades, and our neighbor at Okoboji, who looked in on my mother after my father's passing. Also the orthodontist to all of us children. With deepest gratitude, Sarah Jane Wachter
