Another tuff year. July 4,2023,was the last time we went to the family cabin,to celebrate the last time to shoot off fireworks to honor you. The family cabin was sold,but the memories you made all those years will always be held close to all our hearts. The bittersweet day has come to lock the cabin up for the last time. That morning as I turned for one last look out of the front tree an eagle flew out and one last fish splashed up out of the lake. That was a sign that dad and you where fine. That the cabin was sold.The date of your lost is near coming up on two years, it's hard to believe,the tears still come, the heart still aches to talk with you and to see you again.
