Vincent Wayne Burke was born on August 16, 1962 in Omaha, and raised in Gretna, NE.

He is survived by his mother, Maxine K. (Knipschild) Burke of Gretna; brother, David Burke of Gretna; sisters, Bridget (Michael) Chatterson of Gretna, and Audrey (Brad) Boehm of Hermosa, SD; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Vince was preceded in death by his father, Gerard A. Burke; grandparents: John and Wilhelmina Burke, and Louis and Emma Knipschild; cousin Mike Burke; and many aunts and uncles.

VISITATION: Friday, January 6, 2023, 5-7pm, with ROSARY at 7pm. FUNERAL MASS: Saturday, January 7th, at 10:30am, with Luncheon following, all at St. Patrick's Church in Gretna, NE. Memorials directed to the family to be designated later.
