I am so sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I enjoyed working with him at FmHA where he was highly respected for his architectural knowledge and loved for his fun personality. I saw him enjoy his time with Ruth on his boat at Lake Hartwell and will always remember his tanned smile behind the wheel. My thoughts and sympathies are with his family.
