Lillian C. Gordion

GORDION, LILLIAN C. Daughter of John and Maria Heisler. A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Rose Villa in Milwaukie where Lillian resided. Lillian was the youngest of 3 sisters. She was born in Portland and attended Beach Grade School and Jefferson High School in Portland. She worked as a secretary and Bookkeeper during many of her working years. Later she worked for State Treasurer, Rufus Holman, and then went to Washington, DC to work for him after he was elected US Senator. The last place she worked was SAFECO Insurance Company where she worked as a supervisor and then retired in 1979. Lillian married Alvin Isaak on October 1942. He died in 1966. She then married Claude Gordion in August 1967. He died in 1997. She has no children but thought of her nieces and nephews as such.
