Iva M. Terryah

Iva M. Terryah, formerly of Midland, peacefully passed away on Feb. 11, 2015, at the age of 96 in Tomball, Texas. Iva was born Aug. 10, 1918 to the late Alexander "Sandy" and Clara (Thurston) Wendt. On Nov. 23, 1940 she married Gregory Glenn Terryah, who preceded her in death on Dec. 3, 1993.

Iva is survived by her children, Cindy Billsen and husband Nick, Tim Terryah and wife Kathy, and Kathleen Green and husband Russ; grandchildren, Mindy Smith and fiancé George Enz, Mandy Smith, Dawn McLaughlin and husband Michael, Shawn Terryah and wife Emma, Melissa Terryah and fiancé John Moore, Jaclynn Shively and husband Zach; great-granddaughter, Erin McLaughlin; brother-in-law, Fred Sovia; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home, 4210 N. Saginaw Road, with Pastor Paul Murphrey officiating. Interment will be in Midland City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 4 - 8 p.m., and on Saturday, at 1 p.m. until the time of service.
