Family-Placed Funeral Notice

MICHAEL ERICK TRADER 49 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2007. A West Palm Beach native, Mike had a love for the beach, the sun, surfing and playing beach volleyball; and he always made time for the NFL, AVP and NHRA. Mike graduated in 1975 from Forest Hill High School, held an Associate of Arts degree from Palm Beach Community College and a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies from Florida A&M University. Mike was dedicated to his career in architecture and construction. During his 15 year tenure at Song & Associates, Inc., Mike designed, developed and constructed many schools, financial institutions and public facilities within our community. Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Peterson Trader. He is survived by his wife, Anna and daughter, Nina (5 months); son, Erick (22); father and stepmother, Ralph J. and Claudia Trader of Seneca, SC; and sister, Betsy Cordero of Birmingham, AL. Mike loved his family and friends. His memory, smile and laugh will never be forgotten by everyone who knew and loved him. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL HOME, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach with the Funeral Service to follow at 5:00 PM. Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 PM on Sunday, July 8, 2007, at Lake Worth Memory Gardens, Lake Worth, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made based on individual preference. Mike was a really, really, good person. Caring, loyal, fun, happy, a good father, Cousin, brother, son, nephew. We, his family, will miss him deeply but will never forget him. I loved when Mike would come into the office to surprise Anna. It was so cute. We would sneak back to Anna's office and you would see Anna start to turn red and start smiling.

Cugi,
We will continue take each day together as we have been for the past seven months...one day at a time. No more pain or suffuring.
