Annette...I can't think of the words to describe what your passing feels like. Death is sad no matter the relationship..you were not our birth mother buy to me you were much more..I know as kids we tested you the way kids do..as teresa said you gave tough love..but I took that all as lessons learned in this life. I will always be thankful for you being my MOM by choice..we never had to wonder about be homeless, our where our next meal was coming from, our the clothes on our back. We had the best of everything and that was all thanks to you. You will forever be in my thoughts...I love you

Annette
I can still remember the first time I met you.
You wasn't my blood mother, but you acted as if you were. You always made sure we had clothes, that we washed behind our ears, a roof, food, giving it our best efforts in school & pretty much anything we wanted. You played a huge role in my life..even now that I'm a parent. You might think that everything went in one ear & out the other..but they were well taught lessons.
I still hear you talking, I can still remember your laugh.I try to relive all the memories where we would all be at the table playing spades, or tubing, riding horses, going to the fair, Christmas, back to school shopping...pretty much any moment that I know you were the happiest.
I guess at some point I will have to realize you're not here.Im just still finding it hard that your name is the one I see.Growing up, you were the tough/strong one.I never thought I would see the day..
I'm certain if love alone could have saved you, you'd still be here & pain free.
I love & miss you Annette.You'll never be forgotten.RIP
Love The Baby :)
