Edwin Bradford Sawyer

Edwin Bradford Sawyer, 78, passed away October 2, 2018. Brad was born in South Norfolk and was the son of the late Evelyn Wickens Sawyer and O. Everett Sawyer. He lived in Great Bridge for most of his life and was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Vicki L. Sawyer; daughter, Darlene Sawyer; son, Scott Sawyer (Kim); step-children, Kelly Becker and Bobby Speakman (Heidi); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Everette L. Sawyer (Joan); nephew, Travis Sawyer; brother-in-law, Ken Martin, Jr. (Nancy) and Aunt, Eugenia Miller. The family will receive friends Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 472 N Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake. A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. with Rev.
