I just found out about Ben's passing today. He and Barbara were the best neighbors that one could have, living next door to our home for over 30 years. My parents, Elwood and Peggy Davis, enjoyed their friendship for many years, sharing times together and doing the many neighborly things that good people do for each other. I used to babysit the boys when I was a teenager, so we go back a long way.
I have not had the privilege of seeing them for a long time, as I have lived away from Norfolk for many years now. I will always have fond memories of Ben. My mother, Peggy, passed the same day as Ben, so they had a great reunion in heaven, I am sure. My condolences to Barbara, Benny, Michael, and Randy.

Bobbie, I am so very sorry for your loss. I know that there are no words that can truly comfort you. I have so many fond memories of good times throughout the years with you and Ben. My heart hurts for you and your family.
