Diego Cacciatore Obituary
Endicott: Diego Cacciatore, 95, of Endicott, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Good Shepherd Fairview Home. He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Katherine Cacciatore; his sisters, Frances, Angelina and Frances Cacciatore; his brothers, Frank and Angelo Cacciatore; his nephew, Dominic Carlo. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Angelina Cacciatore; his nephews, Joseph (Kathy) Cacciatore, Thomas (Angela) Cacciatore, Frank (Sue) Cacciatore, Joseph (Lynn) Cacciatore; his nieces, Cathy (Lino) LePore, Mary Carlo, Kathy (Donald) Bristol; his great nieces and nephews, Jenna, Peter and Lauren Cacciatore, Danielle and Kristina LePore, Melissa and Matthew Carlo, Rebecca and Kaitlyn Bristol, Alexander, Daniel and Alissa Cacciatore, Frank Joseph, Thomas Joseph (TJ), Joseph (Joey), Michael, Leo and Mallory Cacciatore; special cousins, Carlo and Phyllis Guardi. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, a veteran of the US Army, serving during WWII, and a retired employee of Endicott Johnson. The family wishes to thank the staff of Good Shepherd Fairview Home for their compassionate care. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Ave, Endicott. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Dear Cacciatore family,
First, I would like to express our deepest sympathy for the loss of your Uncle Diego. My parino Dick was the most loving person anyone could know. I can recall one time when I was very young, going to his house at Christmas time and I was served the most delicious egg nog I had ever tasted. LIfe with our Cacciatore family was priceless!! I am so heart broken.I just heard and read Uncle Dick had passed away.I so remember going to Grandpa Cacciatore's and having snacks and playing when I was little.I know he is with Grandpa again and my dad and Uncle Mike with smiles on their face they are once again together.Rest in peace Uncle Dick you will be greatly missed and loved for ever.Fly High in peace and love!
