Christine Noto Obituary
June 3, 1952 - March 2, 2023
Christine Marie (Russo) Noto, age 70 of Sonoma, CA passed away at her home with her family by her side on March 2, 2023. She was the daughter of Angelina Russo and the late Vincent Russo and was born in San Francisco, CA on June 3, 1952. Chris grew up on Potrero Hill and graduated from Presentation High School in 1970 and then from Healds Business College. She worked at Bay Data, Livingstons and Esprit De Corp in San Francisco. In 1980 Chris and her husband (Steve) moved to Sonoma where they raised their family and have lived ever since. Chris will be remembered for her kind heart. She was passionate about her family and friends and, most dear to her, being GiGi to her granddaughter Gracie. Chris loved cheering on her favorite sports teams (49ers, Giants, Warriors). She also loved jewelry and has built a pretty legendary collection.
Chris is survived by her loving husband Steven Noto, by her cherished children; GinaNoto and Michael Noto (Michelle) and was the adored grandmother (GiGi) of Gracie Noto.
She is also survived by her mother Angelina Russo, her brother Tony Russo (Pam), her brother in law's Robert Noto (Holly) and Joseph Noto (Jackie), her nieces Jennifer Funes (Rob) and Julie Braun (Doug), her nephews Domenic Noto (Charlotte) and Anthony Noto, her great nieces Ella Braun and Eleanor Noto and her great nephew Anthony Braun. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11am March 16, 2023 at Duggan's Mission Chapel in Sonoma CA with the inurnment immediately to follow at the Mountain Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held; location to be announced following the Service.

Our family is so sorry with the passing of beautiful Chris. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. Every time we met, we truly enjoyed our visit, chatting and catching us about our families. Family was everything to her. She will be greatly missed. So much love to all of you...
