When I think of Meg, I always remember dancing to Michael Jackson! I remember trying to moonwalk with her and it always brings a smile to my face. Even though we barely knew each other as adults, I will always remember the young girl that was so kind and so open. I always thought that my sister and I were outsiders being step-family but Meg was always so kind and warm. I'm so so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you. I know Meg is at peace. I just wish she didn't have to go so soon.

Meg will be remembered by me as being the most talented writer. I grew up with her, went to school with her, played softball with her, and was glad to have been her friend during those early years. Though we lost touch, I frequently thought about her and always admired her as the person she was..smart, funny and talented. She will be so missed, but the impact she had on so many lives will live on forever.

I started working at DYFS 6 months ago, so I only knew Meg for a short time. I really enjoyed her uniqueness. We both loved Tolkien's quote, "Not All Who Wander Are Lost" and we both have the bracelet. I wish I had more time to get to know her. My thoughts have been with Meg's family and friends. She was an awesome person. So sorry for your loss.

~~~~~I worked with Meg for a short time in Atlantic City and Mays Landing, and she was a very pleasant person to be around. I did not know her well, but truly enjoyed that she was a nonconformist. I remember she had a sense of humor about people misspelling her last name, and wrote various ways that it could be spelled outside of her cubicle. She seemed to have a beautiful soul. I pray that her friends and family will find comfort of mind, body, and soul in remembering what she brought to their lives.~~~~~
I looked up to meg when we were still teenagers. She played an important role in planting a seed in me that wouldn't truly bloom for 15 years. I am very sorry I did not re-connect with Meg in these last few years. When I knew meg, high school, college, she was already devoting herself to helping others. It seems she continued that selflessness. She was very special.
I believe she is at peace.
I'm sorry for your loss.
I am so sorry to hear that Meg is no longer with us. I was actually in shock to hear of this loss. I used to work with Meg at Center for Family Services, before she moved over to DYFS a few years ago. Meg welcomed me with open arms & taught me the ropes. She always had advice, and saw things so positively. She was such a great person, who always wanted to help others, and was so involved in life. My mother even had the pleasure of meeting her when they worked together on a DYFS case, and was very touched to hear of her passing. Meg will truly be missed, and a lot of hearts will feel heavy for a long time. My prayers and thoughts are with the family, and friends of those who knew her.
I supervised Meg for a short time. She was a pleasure to supervise. I always liked her smile, no matter what. We shared conversations about God.We understood that God does things for a reason. I will always remember when she greeted me, she would say, How are you Baby, smile and I would respond by saying, fine Darling, how are you? When she left my unit, she would stop by my office often and let me know, she missed being in my unit. I said, I know. I just loved her smile. I remember when I took the unit out to Dinner at the Bogarta, I enjoyed her company and she really enjoyed herself. She talked about that for awhile. When she saw something orange, she thought I would like, she made sure I got it. She was a sweet heart, I will miss her.
