To the family of Cora J. Murphy
My deepest sympathy to you at this time of loss. It was my privilege to meet Cora when I was a first-year teacher at Roger Williams Middle School. We soon became friends and confidantes as she guided me, in her sweet, unassuming manner, through the rigors of that year and many more. She was an inspiration to me and so many other teachers, young and old alike, as well as countless students who learned to read through her efforts. Her way of approaching students with love, humor, respect and dedication remains with me to this day, 43 years later.
May she rest in peace, her reward for a life well-lived.

To the Family of Cora Murphy:
My deepest sympathy goes out to her family on hearing of the loss of a wonderful woman & teacher. We worked together back in the 70's at Roger Williams Middle School. The students loved her. She understood them and knew how to make them do well. They had that respect for her. May she rest in peace.

To The Family of Cora Murphy
I extend my heartfelt sympathy to each of you over the passing of a great woman. She was truly an inspiration in my life back in the day, at the Benefit Street Rec. She, Mrs. Eloise and Mr. Thomas was so patient with me, both on and off the basketball courts and the piano. We were all family in those days and they would not hesitate to correct us when we were wrong. What a wonderful woman; a godly woman, a blessed woman. The world would be a better place today if there were more people like her in it. Now she is at rest and where we all long to be, with our Father in Heaven.
Take your rest Cora Murphy, you have earned it. God loves you and so do I.
